Shall Travel – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment as outlined in the invoice.
  • Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., names as per passports) at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised prices at any time before your booking is confirmed.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed at checkout.
  • A deposit of [amount/percentage] is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due [number of days] before departure.
  • If full payment is not received by the due date, Shall Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all Shall Travel clients. You must purchase a policy covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and lost belongings.
  • Shall Travel is not responsible for any losses not covered by your insurance policy.

7. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for meeting health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) and checking entry requirements.
  • Shall Travel cannot be held liable for illness, injuries, or health-related incidents during travel.

8. Passport and Visa Requirements

  • Each traveler must possess a valid passport (with an expiry date at least 6 months beyond the travel end date) and any required visas.
  • Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding, and Shall Travel is not responsible for any losses arising from such situations.

9. Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • Shall Travel acts as an agent in securing services for travel arrangements, not as the principal provider of these services.
  • Shall Travel is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.

10. Behavior and Conduct

  • Shall Travel reserves the right to deny service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior. Any costs resulting from such actions are the client’s responsibility.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Shall Travel is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected for booking and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for travel arrangements.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
